Just a short note to express my thanks for the excellent service I have received from you and your team.
When my furnace quit on the coldest day in Feb. I was rushed supplementary heaters which saved the day and allowed me to stay in my home until the next day when my new furnace was installed. I love the fact that you suggested we move it away from the middle of the floor and I now have a great workspace in my furnace room. The fellows that installed the new furnace where just great efficient, pleasant and very careful of my house while moving in and out with parts and etc.
I also want to say that the air conditioner you installed for me the previous summer, when my old one quit, has been a fantastic silent joy. It works like a bomb and in that instance as well the work was quick - next day- and excellent.
It is always a pleasure to deal with yourself and your wonderful staff (especially Dee)
